Since its founding by Mr. Charles F. Seymour in 1921, the California Scholarship Federation (CSF) strives to recognize academically advanced and high achieving individuals, as well as provide them with opportunities to serve their community. As part of such a highly esteemed community, members are expected to uphold high standards and work together to better their working, learning, and living environments. It's just a coincidence that they almost always have a great time in the process!
