Be sure to fill out your CSF applications. We need:

Completed CSF Semester Membership Application (linked in forms).

Transcript of last semester's grades.

Receipt from the school bank! (Go up to the bank and say you will be paying $5 to CSF)!

Applications will be due around mid-September! Exact date is tentative.
